Competitive prices. Experienced, Friendly and Helpful staff. If you need tyres for your , well worth giving them a ring. Just had a new battery fitted, very efficient staff and good price!!

Had 2 new front tyres fitted today. In short: Damaged alloys (identical damage both wheels), and had to go back to be re-balanced as not done properly the first time. 1) on way home, wheel wobble - wheels not balanced properly, so had to go all the way back. Fitter re-balanced (seems ok now), but he stated 'I have balanced the inside AND outside edges this time, like they were before, I only balanced the inside edge first time'. OMG! 2) Once home, I went to check pressures (also not correct), and discovered identical damage to both wheels, previously prestine - I know it is caused by ATS during the fitting visit, and given its the same on both wheels (though worse on one) logically that proves it. Scratches/marks on one spoke and scratch/chips around about 1cm in from the edge (as the wheel turned on the machine it looks like). Thorough clean, with wheel cleaner shows this is damage to the wheels finish, not just marks. SO Annoyed. Had to go back AGAIN so the sole fitter could take pics. Wasted most of day, loads of fuel. 3) ATS complaints process is adding insult to injury - you can only fill in a complaint form online, and they aim to get back to you in 7 days! 7 DAYS!! And no phone number for complaints, (just cust service- different dept apparently!). And I will be shocked if they do anything other than deny, deny, deny, despite the identical damage (when all 4 wheels were pristine before) proving logically it was in fitting. Local paint shop says 96 per wheel for a refurb (tyre on). Even if I get this money back, I wont get any compensation for all the full and hours of wasted time to get wheel fixed and tyres balanced. Never Again. Advice (for ATS or anywhere) - take photos of you wheel/car when you arrive there before they do anything with date/time stampe and geo tag. Check thoroughly after the work for damage before you leave.
