        Ordered few plants online from this shop and they arrived quickly and well packaged. They also include little note cards about how to care for each plant! I'll be ordering from this shop from now on as I'm based in London!

        Really disappointed with their returns policy. I bought one of their largest, most expensive plants as a gift for my husband but it wasnt quite right so just 3 days later I asked to swap it for one of equal or greater value. They point blank refused, saying, very dismissively that it might have been contaminated. Fair enough if they had mentioned that when I bought it or it had been damaged in any way but it was in perfect condition. And its not like their shop is bio secure with hundreds of customers traipsing in and out every day. Not great customer service and very short sighted for a shop that relies on local goodwill. Disappointing.
