I have been renting through Allen and Harris for two years. They have been amazing throughout. I have recently let a new property through them and throughout the whole process, Jess G (Frome) has been an absolute superstar, going above and beyond to find me a new home, has been accommodating, stayed in contact with me and updated me whenever there was news to be shared; made me feel like it was all in really good hands, she is amazing. In the past I have always been left feeling that Estate Agents were a real rip off waste of money, not so Allen and Harris in Frome - they have been worth every Penny. Throughout my sale they have gone the extra mile to ensure that everything was as stress free as possible. All of the staff have been incredibly helpful, Sophie has shown me the utmost care and attention she has been amazing, and I am also grateful to Cat and Rory for their help in navigating the sales process and communicating with my buyer to bring everything to a smooth completion. I would happily recommend Allen and Harris in Frome to anyone looking to put their house on the market in the area.

Appalling service - nearly impossible to get someone on the phone when trying to agree viewing/offer/completion dates adding to the stress of the whole process. Avoid like the plague. People are nice when you actually manage to speak to them though.
