Update... Went to clean the car and all the paint came off the wheel (see photos) I have also taken the front bumper off due to a washer fluid leak, only to find they never clipped the pipes back on and forced the pipes the wrong way. I've found bent mounting brackets that held the wing to the bumper. If your insurance sends your car here do what I should have done and ask for somewhere else. Car went in for repair via insurance company, Small crack in bumper, slight bend in bonnet new wing needed and headlight. Came back old second hand headlight full of scratches and debris inside. Bumper misaligned and crack still visible. Bonnet had not been painted fully and down to bare metal you could see where they had used grips to fix it. Over spray in the wheel arches and on the windscreen. It went back in twice more before it was fixed as it should be. The final repair wasn't great but I cannot understand why they couldn't get it right first time. I have knocked a star off for each time they had it.

Can not fault the service I have received from the team at Barnes Coachworks. My car was hit in a carpark (They drove off after causing extensive damage right down the passenger side) and my insurance Co pointed me to Barnes as the preferred repair centre. From initial contact to dropping my car off with them they have gone above and beyond. I collected my car on Friday (5 days after dropping off) and it looked fantastic, can not fault the workmanship in getting my car back to perfect condition. Staff have been great keeping me informed all the way, friendly and courteous at all times.. I really hope I never see them again BUT if I do ever need car repairs again, I would take it to Barnes without hesitation. 5 Stars all the way from me. Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Transmission
