Lettings Review - I dealt with Laura and Kirsty when looking for a new place to rent. Laura was helpful and encouraging when viewing properties and I soon found a place that I was extremely keen on. I was in the process of selling my property (also with Cooper & Tanner - see separate review) and unfortunately the exchange of contracts dragged on. Thanks to Kirsty and Laura's negotiations though, the landlady was happy to wait and I went through a seamless referencing process and the move in last week also went as smoothly as possible. Lovely to deal with, straightforward and helpful - would definitely recommend.

Our experience of Cooper and Tanner selling our home recently was really great. Most notably their proactive approach to keeping the sale progressing. They were routinely keeping in touch with all solicitors in the chain and our buyer, and establishing a completion date to be worked to. Fraser was really great when there was a delay in exchanging contracts, finding out the reason behind the delay and explaining to us in some detail - really reducing our stress levels.
