Rod is a truly amazing coach. I have found transformation insights with him in just my first few sessions. His shadow work approach touches parts other work I have done does not. He is also a wise and very compassionate man. I am deeply grateful for his help

I started working remotely (via skype) with Rod a few months ago after having read and been inspired by his book, and finding the need for guidance in my own process and development. I have worked with a few psychologists trying to find something/someone that fits my needs over the last 2years, and now I feel like I have landed somewhere promising with Rod. I find him to be far more concrete and able to translate theory into relevant and very personal understandings. While we are intentionally opening some cans of worms, I find Rod to be insightful and caring, able to challenge me, and to help to set a pathway forwards.

Rod is a brilliant mentor and life coach. Within half and hour of our first meeting he grasped the key issues that I need to work with. I trust him totally and would recommend him 100%.

Rod has been everything I wanted in a coach. Over the past 6 months I've been working with Rod, I've experienced a meaningful expansion into my sovereignty, which has created more choice, certainty and confidence in how I'm able to show up, in both my work and relationships. I always feel so supported and safe with Rod, and with his guidance, I've been able to look and move through long held trauma. I believe there's some more wounds to tend to and feel so grateful I will have Rod's support to do so. He's truly an honourable man and a highly effective coach. If you're looking for a coach, I can recommend Rod whole-heartedly.

I have travelled this road of self-discovery with Rod for nigh on a year now; starting with the discovery of his book, Warrior, Magician Lover, King, then attending a workshop on Sovereignty and from there, embarking upon a journey of one-to-one therapy. Today, spontaneously, we undertook a review of progress, looking back over a remarkable journey of self-exploration. From life-long emotional pain there blossoms self-acceptance; from rivers of tears has emerged the discovery of my power, latent-intermittently used, given away too easily; from a willingness to look into the shadows I feared has come forgiveness - of myself, of significant others who 'knew not what they did' - or, indeed, why they did it. And from all of it there gushes awareness of possibility - the possibility of making choices I did not know how to make; of taking opportunities I was too afraid to grasp; of an onward journey into light, energy and love that is opening doors that I could not otherwise have found. And all of this, because, with Rod's help, I found the courage to ask the question of questions - Love's own question: Can I love myself? The journey is not yet over. Self discovery, personal growth and spiritual growth last a lifetime. Rod and I have some distance yet to travel together. He walks alongside me on this road of self discovery; silent when silence is eloquent; questioning when questions provoke momentum; guiding when guidance is needed. And always with gentle, words, gentle eyes and a loving heart. What else could I possibly ask for in a therapist, fellow-traveller and friend? Namaste Michael Forester
