Slimming World is so much more than just a diet - it's a community built on a way of life. Sarah is so knowledgeable, always helpful and encouraging and most importantly FUN to be around! She helps guide the new people into the plan as well as keep the not so new on track to achieve what we all really do want to achieve. Support from a great group leader and all the members at group makes all the difference.

Sarah is an amazing lady who has the ability to make you feel good about yourself, even on your worst days. The love and support received, from both Sarah and the group of members, is just incredible. Slimming World has made a massive difference to me, not only have I managed to shift over 2 stone, it also helped me with fertility issues. It took me 25 months to get pregnant with my first child (before I discovered Slimming World). With Slimming World it only took me 5 months! I am now continuing my journey to lose the post-pregnancy weight. I honestly cannot recommend it enough

Sarah has been the little angel on my shoulder when the little devil on my other one says "go on, you know you want to". She is a brilliant consultant and is always happy to help when that little devil pops up to tempt you. Wouldn't have done it on my own, that's for sure
