We bought a hot tub over a year ago now from Vici Hot Tubs and we have received nothing but excellent service throughout. The friendly family run business are all a pleasure to work with and nothing is ever too much trouble. The hot tub we bought is fantastic and we have not had any problems at all. Wow. We could not recommend Vici hot tubs highly enough. From start to finish, this lovely family run business has helped us in choosing the right spa for our family. Wayne, Becky, Abbi and Deon are full of knowledge and the personal service they offer is second to none. Vici Hot Tubs are amazing! I thought I wouldn't be able to have a hot tub in my garden due to poor access but they helped me sort out a super stylish, top quality option that looks incredible and is heavenly to use. I recommend them highly!

We first hired a LayZSpa from them over Christmas which was a great success. The team were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We then decided to purchase a more permanent hot tub and Vici were brilliant in helping guide us to as to the best position in our garden, best hot tub features and things to avoid etc. They made our decision easy and we now have a wonderful hot tub up and running - getting plenty of use!! As a family run business they showed genuine interest from start to finish. They weren't pushy at all and showed a contagious enthusiasm for their products and services. We'd thoroughly recommend Vici Hot Tubs to anyone! :-)

We have now had our hot tub for over two months and we are so please that we purchased it from Vici Hot Tubs. From start to finish the service from this family run business is 5 star and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub.
