Despite the distance from our home, we have today again placed a large order with City Plumbing, Frome. Our previous project was greatly assisted by Ashley and Chris 2 years ago. Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly, but they able to refer to our previous records for reordering and to offer very good advice and value. It is always interesting to watch your bathroom measurements being turned into an accurate diagram on a large screen to make sure it will all fit. Following acceptance of their quote and payment, delivery takes place at a date convenient to you with storage provided whilst your order is assembled. Whilst the showroom display is not massive, it is well thought out. If any catalogue items are not in stock, they will be sourced for you. Returns are not a problem. It pays to shop early when planning your project so that you are all set when work begins. For all the above reasons, we wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Ashley at Frome branch was most helpful and put together an excellent quotation. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anybody who was looking for a new bathroom.

Great choice of products, good availability and will deliver products at a time that suits. Friendly team and nothing is too much hassle. Would definitely recommend.
