        Having been to Pets Corner before and been very impressed with their customer service, I returned as I needed to buy a secure harness for my dog. Courtney served me and was extremely patient and helpful as my dog is a crossbreed and a tricky shape and size. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she brought extra harnesses from the stores when the others didnt fit. What a pleasure to deal with an assistant who cares so much about getting the right fit. A fine ambassador for your shop!

        Having just rescued a dog I am frequently in the Frome branch, the staff there are always approachable, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products sold at Pets Corner. My dog is always made very welcome too.

        Amazing experience. I've attended two "Puppy Hours" on Saturday mornings. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The chance for my puppy to socialize with other dogs is so valuable it's great that Pets Corner give this hours to specifically do that!
