We popped into Dimensions Tiles and Bathrooms while in Frome as we needed glass for our shower. They were so knowledgable and helpful, put up with our toddler running around and made it easy for us to make a quick decision and even quicker delivery. They are a family run business and this was important in our purchase as well as purchasing British made products. I am so pleased with the product, we had visited so many other stores and walked away empty handed as the products didn't seem to have quality and value. Now that our glass is installed I am happy to report that it looks beautiful and the brass finish is a great quality, not yellow or cheap looking at all. Thank you so much Dimensions Tiles & Bathrooms - we will be back!

Colin and the team at Dimensions are brilliant. Recommended by our builder we went to explore their bathroom / tile options as we have recently undertaken a full house renovation. We are went while building work was taking place and we spent time planning and designing the bathrooms with Colin, we tweaked things along the way and really appreciated his knowledge. He has a wealth of experience and we trusted his suggestions for our style / budget. The results are amazing and we have filled our house with brilliant tiles and bathrooms all from dimensions and I wouldnt hesitate to use them or recommend to anyone. What should have been a wonderful new bathroom experience was far from it !! 1. The designing period was exciting. 2.Although we had to query a few measurements !!! 3. Colin did not communicate with our fitter by failing to send designs,etc. 4.Also Colin tried to claim that he had put us in touch with the fitter. Plain wrong and was done purely for financial gain on his/Dimensions part. 5. Our fitter had to perform little miracles to make sure that everything fitted. 6. What should have been an exciting experience was stressful and took much longer for the fitter to complete. 7. On the whole Dimensions has a great range but they fail badly on customer service. Outstanding range of excellent quality tiling products, including large format high gloss porcelain surfaces, sourced from suppliers in Italy and Spain. Staff are clearly trained to a high level of expertise in advising potential customers of appropriate products in relation to budget constraints.
