"You are in a queue of 30 plus, your call is important to us and will be answered as quickly as possible".
I was on hold for an hour and then was told there was no more appointments available today.
The staff are great, but what's the point if you can't actually make an appointment.
Ended up calling 111 and speaking to a GP from Devon who gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Why do I have to speak to a GP from Devon.
