I have to congratulate both Mark and Jhun for their professionalism and very pleasant and helpful manner when sorting out my mobile phone problems today. I went into this store yesterday and asked for a replacement screen. The assistant asked if it was a contract phone, how much I paid a month, and took my phone to check the model. After a few mins he returned and wanted to suggest 'solutions that made sense to him'. I said no, I just want a new screen. He had sent texts from my phone to my provider to check my monthly contract fee and how long the contract had to run WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I bought a screen protector and case, which were nice and good value, but I was very unhappy about the intrusion into my personal data.

Excellent service from Phonecell. My wife's phone was loosing power quicker than it would charge so we contacted Pete and after some checking and contact with 'techie' experts he found the best solution was to purchase a new phone. This was done via Phonecell and the help form Pete was excellent. The old phone was backed up and all data saved to the new one with minimal disruption, apart, from setting up the passwords. Overall a great service.

Went into store looking to connect my Huawei Smart Phone to my television via hot-spot as I do not have amifi device. Excellent service would highly recommend.
