Carpet Factory Frome

Carpet factory frome and carpet right quoted us the same price, however we chose this company as we prefer to support family businesses rather than chains. The floors nice but I feel like the finishing touches were rushed. They must have known where we put our fridge in our kitchen because the sealant just stops around that area (baring in mind our fridge was outside when they were completing the job so it definitely wasnt in the way of them). The majority of the sealant looks like it had been rushed and not done with care as it is so smudged. Its abit frustrating that they dont trim the doors down as it started to make our carpet go really rough from where we would push the door, we have sorted it now we noticed the feel of the carpet but this was something we noticed when it was abit to late. Adam himself who I presume is the owner seems like a nice guy, we had abit of communication trouble at the start where we had him booked in one day and he didnt turn up but that was sorted and he was here the next week. Adam didnt fit our floor, he quoted us but after that we were left with his team. Its a shame as we were really happy with the flooring we picked but it just looks like its been so rushed.
