The Hatt Clinic in Frome. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and professional. I have been a number of times now and each time my experience has been amazing. My clinician Craig is great, and full of advice that makes my treatment a joy. The receptionists that I have come across is delightful. Keep up the fantastic work.

From enquiry through reception greeting to recovery everyone has been polite, kind, helpfull and understanding. I've worked directly with Lloyd over last few months who has been brilliant, polite, professional with a great sense of humour he has listened and developed a personal recovery plan for me which has delivered meaning I am at back to being mobile and independent. Lloyd is an asset to the team.

This is a fantastic practice - I literally staggered in with a bad back and walked out normally after being treated by Jill. I was treated with respect and utterly professional and dedicated care. From the lovely welcome, the whole experience was excellent. Jill is a first class physio and a lovely person too. Can't recommend highly enough.
