I had a haut cut from one of the students, Kitty, who did an amazing job of transforming my boring scrunched up in a ponytail all the time hair into a stylish feminine cut. I love it! After leaving the shop, two complete strangers complimented me on my hair, it made me feel wonderful

Shocking service. I will never return. My friend also experienced a terrible service a couple of weeks before. So it's not just me! Others have had horrible experiences here. My previous visit resulted in the hairdresser not setting the clippers to a grade 2. I ended up having my hair shaved off completely for an undercut. I had two bold patches as a result. Litrally to the skin. I went in for a hair cut the day before my wedding. I was advised to not cut my hair & go back the next morning for my hair to be styled. I left after being hurriedly styled. It was actually painful at certain points. It was suggested that there wasn't time to do my hair as I'd hung my own clothes up and went for a very quick visit to the toilet. I have a hidden disability and to use this as an excuse for a shockingly poor service is very distressing. I left the salon with only 10 minutes to wash and restyle my hair before my wedding. I had a reaction to products even though I advised I have skin issues. Hair spray was sprayed all over my head! I then had a hives reaction. When contacting the salon the abruptness and excuses were unreal. Save your money and goto a different hairdressers! Service: Hairstyling
