Jean, we have no record of any contact by you, especially in January 2016, as we were incorporated in mid Feb 2016 and started trading in May 2016, we have looked at the records for Jan 2017 and found no correspondence relating to your shower screen.

BEWARE of Michael Brice: Ordered glass, paid in advance. Excuse after excuse, persistent broken delivery deadlines. In the end they stopped answering the phone, so I sued them and won a CCJ against them. They still haven't paid!
