We would highly recommend Terry and he has done quite a bit of work for us. Most recently we called him about a boiler problem which he diagnosed quickly and came over promptly to fix. Always impressed with how knowledgeable Terry is and the high standard of his work.

Terry has serviced our boiler for several years along with other plumbing jobs. He has always been reliable and very understanding about the needs of our family especially during this Covid period. We really appreciate his helpfulness.

Terry has done lots of work for me going back over 15 years. Most recently he fitted a composite sink and replaced several taps around the house that needed changing for one reason or another. He's able to do a lot of different stuff and has worked on my central heating system (replacing valves and radiators), boiler (several times for differing issues) and does my gas boiler check (almost yearly). He fitted a shower pump in both my house and my daughters (where he also installed a shower screen) and he has done my shower mixer. I had a small water emergency some years ago and he was at my door within about 30 minutes! I find him friendly to deal with on the phone and reliable when turning up for appointments and has always done a good job for me. Its good to have someone you can rely on when problems happen and I wouldn't consider looking for another tradesman. I wouldn't normally leave reviews however was recently asked if i knew someone who could do a job and realised how hard it is to find a tradesman you can trust if you don't have someone to ask.

Terry installed a boiler for us in 2017 following the total breakdown of the existing unit. Clean, tidy and friendly he did exactly what he said he would do and was always on time. He has since serviced our boiler on an annual basis and we've always been happy with his work.

We are very dissatisfied customers, this plumber Terry O'Neill did a very small job and several months later raised an invoice and continued to hound us threatening to pass to debt collectors. Totally unable to resolve anything no customer service received whatsoever. The work he did was really poor, we had lots of problems with it leaks, connections which were impossible to use, he never apologised, he returned to the property without notice to our tenant although we requested he did give notice to our letting agent. Terrible Experience!
