The Scaff Shop

Ordered on 3rd of March. Over a month later and Im STILL waiting for the correct product to be delivered. Two wrong sets of brackets, lies about replacements being dispatched when I can clearly see on the tracking the exact date and time that the final replacement was dropped into Budgens Frome (which was several days after they said it had been dispatched and Id had to contact them again as that there had been no updates almost a week after the said supposed dispatch) Seems there is no quality control in their service department, no one making sure orders (or their replacements when initially messed up) are correct. A real shame as I think the products are good but I absolutely would not shop here again due to the appalling service experience. Service: Shelving/rack construction & installation

Been looking for shelving for a while now and found the scaff shop... amazing service and quality. Will be using these guys again. Highly recommend. And the bar is complete, thanks again scaff shop.

Contacted the Scaff Shop as I wanted to make some planters for some stawberries. Contacted the shop, they were very friendly, answered all my questions. Whilst waiting for the boards to be cut was offered a cup of tea (fantastic), once I had made the planter realised I was going to need to make another, so straight back to the Scaff Shop for another fantastic service

We required a 10 foot shelf to fill a wall in our kitchen. Traditional shops would have charged an arm and a leg but we were able to get this customized piece for an absolute bargain. It's gorgeous!!!
