        I am so very grateful to Shaun and Sarah at Adlams. At a time when I didn't know whether I was coming or going they guided me through this awful process with kindness, consideration and total professionalism. I felt that every decision I made was so important to them and I gave the burden of worry over to them knowing that all my wishes and those of my late husband would be carried out. I really cannot thank them enough for looking after me and my girls in such a way that we felt at peace with the whole process. If all funeral staff deal with their clients like this then you can be assured that your loved one will be looked after with grace and dignity. Thank you so very much Shaun and Sarah at Adlams in Frome. Also a thank you to Nick Dale, our recommended celebrant. A wonderful and caring man who did my husband proud. So very dignified and caring, I appreciate your support and comfort and for conducting a lovely service.
