Amazing company! After an absolutely horrible experience elsewhere we came here and I'm so glad we did. Oliver was incredibly helpful throughout. He provided us with a detailed quote so we could see exactly what was needed and where our money was going as well as loads of helpful advice. Always quick to respond and checking in even on the fitting day. He understood what we needed as first time buyers doing our house up step by step. We have started by carpeting our 2 bedrooms but will definitely be coming back here when we are ready and have saved enough for the remaining rooms in the house. The fitting is perfect. I didn't get the fitters name but he did a great job. Arrived on time and just got stuck in! Thank you! Would highly recommend visiting the shop. They have a great range of carpets and more at various prices so it's easy to find something that suits your budget. They don't push you to pick a pricier carpet either but let you take as many samples as you need to make an informed decision. Thank you Oliver for everything.
