Just delivered, although the firm was shown as being closed. Very helpful and gave bag of kindling for free as some compensense. Would have appreciated an update yesterday but seems they were very busy.

Called up yesterday and asked for a last minute quick delivery of logs. They picked up phone almost immediately, took my order and advised me when it would arrive. Arrived during the agreed time window and they helped bring the order into the house. The logs are excellent quality and burn very easily. Very happy with the service I've received.

Always had a great experience with these guys, quick delivery and will do whatever they can if you run out as I often do! Logs burn so well and they have lots of other products too (briquettes v good).

All seemed fine at the beginning, slow to get back to me but I though they may be busy. Contract was agreed and deposit was paid. Upon arrival of the install day they arrived on time but thats when the good bits end. Couldnt carry the work out as originally quoted for and requested scaffolding, even though this was not discussed at quotation stage I agreed to keep the kit at my property and arrange scaffolding in the interest of getting the job done. Scaffolder they recommended was nearly the same price as the job its self and others were unavailable, I contacted Scott and requested a refund which was offered on the day of install. Said they would be in the area 2 weeks after I requested. 1 month passed no contact. Asked when they would be around to collect and took 2 days and 2 emails to receive back a lacklustre response. Advised on the 26th November that I would bring the kit back at my expense and asked for the address. Received the address today (7/1/21) after raising a dispute with the bank. All fine up to the point of taking money and then all communication breaks down. I would go with other companies in the area which offer a much better customer experience.
