        I would rate Bruno highly. My experience is that he is straight forward, realistic and doesnt take the mick when charging, even when he knew he had me over a barrel on an emergency call. I have contacted him several times with regard my loft conversion and will again.

        Very polite and friendly, came out same day to price up a quote, was told he would get back to me. Unfortunately months later and after making failed contact I still haven't yet herd anything back. Which is rather unfortunate. I honesty thought he was a genuine guy, and seemed very willing and enthusiastic. A simple message saying he wasn't going to proceed with the job would have been nice. Be wary
