They never answer the phone. They cancel appointments frequently, I email and get no response. Such a shame as the treatments I have had were excellent. Will be be looking for another practice with some degree of customer service.

I feel incredibly lucky to have Maria as my dentist. I've unfortunately had to have a fair bit of dental work done but I know that I am always in the safest of hands during procedures. Not only are Maria and Poppy both friendly and professional, but they also work effectively and efficiently to ensure the procedures arent prolonged and certainly with a patient's comfort as a priority. My procedures have always been very successful with no need for follow up work to be done. Maria has also taken the time to give me advice on what toothbrush to buy and other dental care products, which has been very helpful. When my 5 year old son went for his first appointment he was apprehensive, but Maria and Poppy were brilliant at putting his mind at ease and removing all fear of going to the dentist in future. No one really likes going to the dentist but Maria and Poppy are absolutely fantastic and make the experience as pleasant and easy to get through as possible. I would definitely recommend MyDentist in Frome, and particularly Maria, to anyone looking for a dentist.

Avoid if possible *** Absolute joke of a dentist kick you straight out if one missed appointment. Even tho i explained i was ill and had been vomiting. They done the same to each one of my children after one missed and now me. Customers service poor. Just money grabbing and do work that's not even needed. Very poor service.
