We had Mark and his team do a complete overhaul of our home. It started with renewing and extending our patio and adjusting the height of the stepdown from our back door which meant there is now step free access to the patio which has made a world of difference to me. We then continued the work by having the team combine our toilet and bathroom into one room. And removing the old bathroom suite and reconfiguring the room into a shower room. The tiling, flooring, electrics and ceiling were all replaced too. And we are delighted with the outcome. The work then continued downstairs removing our old kitchen and creating a downstairs toilet without extending the house which was fantastic. This is been a godsend. You cannot imagine what a game changer having a 2nd toilet is especially as it was created within the existing footprint of the house. A wall was removed between the kitchen and dining room to create an open plan kitchen which is absolutely gorgeous and amazingly easy to keep clean! I was worried that going open plan would make the house smell and it harder to keep tidy experience prepping a meal but that is not our case. And to have the absolutely must a wine cooler has been lovely! The kitchen electrics and all the plastering were also completed. Mark created a utility area in our garage which is great as it utilised unused space and gave us more room in the kitchen. I cannot praise Mark Dixon or his team highly enough. We found them all very friendly and highly professional. They all made sure that they cleaned up after themselves every day and in fact several times during the day. Nothing was too much bother. And on one occasion I had to call Mark he was at ours within 20 minutes and resolved the issue. He is a genuine guy who really wants his customer to be happy and does his absolute utmost to ensure you are happy. Unlike other builders we have had at the end of the job there are snagging days so anything you notice is then amended. Price wise no they are not the cheapest but nor are they theist expensive. But value for money they cannot be beaten for the quality of the work and the absolutely great customer service that you receive.
