I ordered a Warmer Roof conservatory through Trade Price Conservatories last summer after searching online for a reasonably priced and reliable company. Their quote was well below that of some other companies I had spoken too, and seemingly a better spec roof as well. I was not disappointed. After much back and forth with Luca deciding on colour and exact spec with all the assistance I could need the delivery day finally came. The driver was extremely helpful in offloading the parts and checking they were all their for me. The parts came with a comprehensive instruction guide and when I had further queries the technical team were quick to respond, even sending out an extra part free of charge after I broke one installing it. Our dining room has now been up all winter and it makes such a difference compared to the polycarbonate roof 1980's conservatory we originally had. So much warmer and cosier. I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with them again.

My conservatory with warmer roof has been completed for quite a few months now and is far warmer and quieter than the previous one we had. Luca was extremely helpful throughout the process and any snags or issues (due to delivery company, not Trade Price), were dealt with promptly. The whole conservatory kit was very straightforward to build. All round great price, product and service.

We are extremely pleased with our Trade Price conservatory. After visiting the showroom in Frome, Trade Price helped us to finalise our spec, we placed the order and everything was delivered exactly as promised. I had a few queries during installation, but these were easily resolved on the phone with the technical team at Trade Price. Now we have a very stylish new conservatory. And such good value for money. I would have no hesitation recommending Trade Price.

We have used this company a few times in the past and had good communication and a good product. Unfortunately on this occasion they had changed the profile and it is now absolute rubbish. Plus a few other issues - incorrectly made to my signed off order, items missing on delivery etc. I could have rejected the whole conservatory at considerable expense to TPC, but didn't and had to placate my customer with a free floor fitting. TPC offered nothing as a gesture of goodwill. To sum up - a horrible, cheap profile (they did admit they had changed the prifile to keep costs down), things missing on delivery, and bad customer service. Avoid at all costs. I have since used a company in Coventry. Good price and a lovely profile, and made correctly to my order.
