in today as I had issues with my phone, what a pleasant young man he took the time to take me through the reasons why my phone was acting up even though he was clearly very busy. I couldn't rate his service and attitude highly enough and incredibly reasonably priced and he's right on my door step. I will never stress with technology issues now

Pete changed my phone battery and charged a very reasonable fee- cheaper than any other place in Frome. Apart from this, he did the job very quickly, was helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommended!

Pete is really knowledgeable and helpful. I've smashed the screen on two phones and he's also fixed my children's tablet. He's my go to guy for my devices.

I highly recommend anyone with a mobile phone problem to go to Phonecell. Pete has now three times sorted out mobile phone problems for us, including recently a severely water damaged iPhone whic would have been deemed beyond repair by almost any other repairer. Pete is quick, courteous, tenacious and provides clear helpful explanations and advice about what probably can or might not be able be fixed. I would trust without hesitation his assessments and this work. Exceptional technical support, excelent customer service. Easily deserves my 5 star rating. (Note: Pete, also provide other services beyond just mobile phone repairs and while I have not used them, I would have no doubt at all that they would be provided to the same very high standard). I would go as far as saying, if anyone can fix 'it', Pete will know how to get it fixed.
