        Tried to get a cheque online phoned customer service did not know how to help suggested going to a branch where you can get one immediately. Went to Frome 20 mile round trip, why is everyone trying to get everything done online. The experience I received was worth traveling for, I am so pleased that I could not print it out. Thank you for such a lovely friendly efficient service that I received from the young man who served me. I hope that other people have trouble like me or there will no longer be any need for the helpful young man who sorted out my problem then what do we do?

        The staff are always superb, they are always so helpful and friendly. It isnt always easy working with the general public, and can be hard to please everyone, but they always try their best with a smile on their face! Keep up the good work!

        Just wasted 14 miles worth of diesel getting to their Frome branch only to discover early closing 2pm. Why not text your customers in future.
