Had the 10 point check for my car. A fab lady called Casey carried it out. She was amazing, showing me all the time what she was doing. Would certainly recommend this.

Ordered a scooter for my son online. My wife Got to the store, read the email wrong that she thought said to collect from first floor. Told the bloke there Im here to collect an order and he looked at her like she was thick. She asked if she was in the wrong place and he just said downstairs in a rude abrupt tone. Went downstairs bloke on the till was much friendlier. Asked for the scooter and the wrong was was brought over. My wife realised it was a junior one and not a full sized as ordered and let the bloke on the till know she bought the bigger one. He insisted this junior one was correct as the price is the same as what she paid. Wife said she could show him the order and the website which shows two different products and the reason she got it quite cheap as its on offer online and not in-store. In the end she got what she ordered all be it in a box that was very damaged. Moral of the story order online for a better price as it might not be the same in store then double check its actually correct when you collect.
