I loved this place. Had the salmon bento for lunch on my first day of the trip, and came back every day. Service is OK, though this is not a service oriented business. No design, but who cares when the food is so good. Will come back on my next London trip

I had the chicken teriyaki. The portion was good but the chicken had been cooked the day before and reheated, not what I expected.
