Tesco Express

Staff UNBELIEVABLY rude behind the till tonight, someone called Harry. No hello, no please, no thank you and with a nasty tone of voice. When I told him he was not being very polite, his answer was: Thats not my problem. I had to ask him to repeat 4 times because whatever he was eating made it impossible to understand what he was saying (not sure it was worth it.) I left the till not realising the payment had not gone through (I had not left my card long enough) - he called me with a Hey! You still need to pay!. Despicable.

Closes early - they take their chance when the store empties, regardless of how long it is before the advertised closing time. I've seen them almost celebrating inside that they've managed to shut the doors early, even if there's 15 minutes to go and people want to quickly pop in. Very disappointing.

Worst shop I ever been in anywhere in the world - labels missing from products, staff clueless and rude, security act like prison guards. Tesco HQ should look into the practises of this shop for sake of its reputation.
