Absolutely horrible service, do not go to this business! The lady split her time between three customers and as a result did a poor job for everyone and kept us all waiting. A pedicure or manicure treatment that should take 30 minutes took almost two hours, most of it spent sitting around waiting for her to complete a job half-done. Whats worse, she was incredibly rude to us and completely ignored us when we tried to ask questions or give fair feedback. Im shocked that this business is operating! And disillusioned that the lady thinks its okay to be so unbelievably rude to fellow human beings. Save your money, time and any faith you have in professionalism and human decency by not supporting this business. Also, the prices are inflated, even if the service had been decent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've never been to a place so unprofessional. The rudest lady did my nails so badly and because she took my money before we started, by the time it was done I expressed my concerns to which she refused to fix. Not only was she rude, she also kept me waiting whilst doing other customers who came in after me. I refused to leave until she fixed my nails to which she did (still not good quality) and 4 days later two nails turned from purple to a light brown colour. Clearly I wont be wasting my time going back. I'm shocked this place is still in business. Service: Manicure
