Very professional, straightforward to deal with and they dont muck you around! Charles and team were a pleasure to deal with. A genuine bunch that will respect their clients budgets and work with them to find optimal properties with a quick turnaround. As an expat looking for my first home to rent, I ran into realtors who categorically only had their best interests ahead of mine! Besides a very impersonal approach, I was shown shockingly bad properties at exorbitant prices its not like foreigners cant work that out! Finally, I ran into Charles & his crew at Redac Strattons. The process was simple and smooth with no hiccups ! I in fact signed up for the very first property they showed me. Im also impressed to see their post sales service / property mgmt and customer support run with the same ethos. Definitely recommend!
