I highly recommend Neatsmith. They have been so professional in all my dealings with them from design to keeping me informed about the order progression to their very highly skilled fitters, who turned up on time and left everything spotless. You could not ask for more, it has been a stress free experience from start to finish.

We ordered a custom made wardrobe with Neatsmith. Everyone has been very hands-on, from the design team to the fitters. The final product was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely be ordering more products in the future. Everything was upto spec and super high quality. Adrienne, our designer was very patient and understood our vision and requirements really well. We can safely recommend Neatsmith for great service and products. In terms of pricing, it may seem high but its durability and the specs that you choose, but its once in a lifetime product therefore an investment.

This was a good experience. The staff at the Finchley Road showroom were very helpful. After we placed our order and paid our deposit, we had several changes to our design, and we had to delay the installation more than once. None of that caused any problems. When installation time came, the fitter was very professional. Our floors were covered with great care, the fitter was punctual every day and worked cleanly and quickly. The room was vacuumed at the end of each day. Good customer service, professionalism, on budget, and ultimately ahead of schedule. Very satisfied.

After scanning the market for months to design custom-made wardrobes, we chose Neatsmith because of the experience we had with Marianna and Valentina in the Hampstead branch. Both have been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process down to the smallest detail. I cannot recommend them more. I also cannot forget the fitter that spent a full week with us installing the units. Eugene was extremely professional and his work was perfect to the T. You are lucky if you get Eugene as your fitter.
