        Had the unfortunate experience of having a property managed by them. Very poor standard of work was carried out at the property and totally inappropriate as to what actually needing doing. Avoid!

        Superb service. We are a block of ten flats and have had a terrible experience with managing agents for more than 15 years. Whitestones are fantastic, always responsive and responsible. They are charging us slightly more than previous agents but that's easily off-set by the fact that problems are actually resolved - we suffered financially by previous agents not doing anything and problems got worse.
