Excellent service. Myryad mxi2150, monitor audio studio 20se and blusound streamer. Though system slightly lacked bass/ depth and was thinking of upgrading. I was told that I already had a good system and should try a REL tx subwoofer. They set up a demo with similar equipment. The result was very impressive. Now have sub set up with my system at home. The sound and depth is unbelievable, it is such a pleasure to listen to my system now. Well done sevenoaks.

I have been using SSAV Swiss Cottage for a few years now. My latest purchase was the Marantz cinema 40 avr, absolutely brilliant product which was highly recommenced by them. Both Ollie and Dori always give sound advise, not only instore but over the phone, which is handy as I can take the information and do my research according to the answers I get. I particularly like the fact that these two do not try to upsell items and recommend only items within my budget. I feel they have extensive knowledge in the products they sell. Therefore, i would not hesitate in recommending them for all your home audio needs.

Excellent, fast and knowledgeable service from Oli. After mulling over the Focal Bathys and many reviews, I called and a boxed pair was set aside until I could collect in person (they were selling fast!). Much appreciated and enjoyed talking to someone who thinks about these wonderful gadgets as much as I do.
