Stayed on 15th April '23. Room was clean, but pretty small sized cots/ beds. Amply lit. Car parking was a bonus. There was no body wash in the shower. Had to call reception twice to get shower gel. Water in hand wash area inside bathroom smelled bad. Room Heater wasn't working properly. We went for breakfast well before the mentioned times, still there was no hash browns or bread. God knows what they serve. The ladies serving bfst were least bothered to refill upon request & plainly said " not available". Are we being charged so much for this treat? Utter nuisance exhibited by bfst department. Only advantage was vicinity to tube. Will not visit again. I need part refund due to lack of basic needs.
