Horrific customer service - VERY POOR RETURN POLICY - they pretty much stole 100 pounds off what I paid - penalties apparently for a nasty allergic gel which is not my problem can't be reused and free postage? I received NO response to two emails. They had a change of website - I expect they get rid of bad reviews that way. On top of this, they were unpleasant on the phone. This morning, after 3 uses , I find the machine is showing signs of problems. Thereafter, A WARNING - British customs asked me for nearly 40 pounds extra so post not free - I'm assuming they don't do much but like to get paid.

I would give them a -5 star if there was an option. Package arrived with all seals opened. Product didn't look new, the box was really dirty and the website label on the package is NOT stop2pose but something like stop aging. Most importantly the product doesnt work. Sent them a polite email complaints and received NO apologies. Phoned the customer service in London. The guy blamed U.K. custom for opening the box .But there was no notes left by the custom saying they inspected the package, which they normally do. Questioned on that and companinted about the service, still received NO apologies. Just an email saying that they are sending the new power supply. I guess I can only test if the machine is definitely defective using a working power supply! We will see! Very doggy business and horrible (shouty) customer service. Unless you don't mind a "new" but "opened by custom" and not working product, avoid this company!
