        Excellent at alterations of suits. Got 3 suits altered and cant complain either about the quality of the work or the charges.

        As a regular, I built up trust with this company and thought I was in good hands. Recently I took two dresses one for dry cleaning and the other for a zip repair. I was originally quoted a low cost and upon collection it all went wrong when I sent my partner to collect. To my disappointment we got lied to and was overcharged for a replacement zip that wasnt actually replaced and was instead repaired. When I went back and said theres been a mistake, the lady insisted that the zip had been replaced when I could clearly see that it had not. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I know it hadnt been replaced because the zipper still has the snag and bend on it where it got stuck... Sadly I will have to find another trusted dry cleaner.
