        Used this place a while ago. Asked them repair a pocket and after when I came to collect it was not properly repaired (still had hole), when I raised this the man just grunted and returned to work. After 15 seconds of silence he looked up and asked why I was still there. Appalling

        I recently used the shirt cleaning service and received a shirt with 8 damaged buttons. I was told that they don't take responsibility for this sort of damage and couldn't do anything about it. I will certainly not use them again.
