Daleham Gardens Surgery

I recently visited the GP who promised me that she was going to submit a more urgent referral for me to see a dermatologist for a condition that has caused me a great deal of stress and ill effects. When I followed up with the dermatologist contact number at the local hospital , they said no such referral had been submitted . I will not be returning to this doctor, as it is clear she was unprepared and unprofessional. Her decision to lie about submitting a referral shows disregard for my health and well-being. My experience with this GP was deeply unsatisfying and concerning. I'm unsure of the reason they feel the need to lie as it has massively wasted my time and prolonged my ill health .

Had a consultation with Dr Badiani. Could not have asked for a better doctor!!! She is attentive, she REALLY listens, works to find the best solution for your case with you in partnership, she is sensible and has excellent bedside manners. I felt comfortable, in control of my own life, and was very impressed. Truly happy. I hope my surgery keeps her in a permanent position.

Spoke to Abdi who has been a breeze to speak to and was an amazing help with in regards to the query that I had and went the extra mile to help staff like him are gold dust. As the saying goes helping others without expecting anything in return is what true self worth is all about. Just a fabulous service really

Theres a whole lot wrong with this place but especially the receptionists. Its never the same person whether you call or go in person and they are ALWAYS rude. Also they never seem to have been trained properly for their job so half the time they dont even know what theyre doing. I definitely DONT recommend this place to anyone.

Had a Saturday appointment. Saw fantastic doctor and fantastic nurse. Had a blood test right away instead of having to go to hospital. This is a genuine review! Staff couldn't be more efficient.
