I was initially sceptical about this group and attempted to prescribe to them what I thought my team needed. In the event what we got far exceeded expectation. The approach is a clever balance between action and reflection as with much consulting work but the difference here is that they actually know their stuff when it comes to reflecting on underlying dynamics. This means the block or work we did together is now sustained. Through a package of 1-1 coaching and group sessions our team culture changed from quite a destructive one where unspoken tensions simmered under the surface, to one of openness, collaboration and genuine honest support and real teamwork. Our productivity and capacity for innovation improved as did our ability to work as a minority group within a large hierarchy. We became more respected as a group partly because we were better able to relate maturely to others in the wider organisation. I could go on... Very highly recommended. Far more helpful than sticking plaster consultants whose input is effective but often unsustainable.

We've had the pleasure of working with Tavistock Consulting as a service vendor. I really appreciate their approach to empowering organisations by helping them maximize the potential of their main asset: People. It's very refreshing to work with and learn from a truly human organisation, that manages to embrace their vision in a professional and progressive way.
