I have been a client of Rachels for a few years. As a result of the sessions completed with her I have benefited enormously, such benefits have included improving sleep, relief from muscular tension and so on. I appreciate her approach which is both friendly and extremely professional.

Highly recommended: Sought Rachel out for NEPIP to help with physical and emotional symptoms of chronic stress. Conducted in a safe and relaxed environment, Rachel exceeded my expectations in both customer care and expertise of NEPIP treatment. I highly recommend Rachel for her knowledge, her compassion, and her skillful treatment methods. I have been rotating NEPIP and Reflexology, both of which have helped calm down my nervous system.

Puresole is just amazing :-) such a quiet tranquil room to relax and enjoy the reflexology - I always feel so relaxed afterward and sleep soo well. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for reflexology - Rachel is so knowledgeable about every aspect it was lovely just talking about it too :-)

Excellent, appropriate environment. A wonderful holistic experience from beginning to end. Great care taken by Rachel to create the right atmosphere, explain and administer treatment. Always feel better for having been !

Rachel is absolutely amazing, her treatment is uplifting and she always makes you feel truly cared for as I always feel I have had a councilling session also. Would highly recommend Rachel at Puresole.
