Frodsham Post Office

Lovely helpful staff no issues at all.

I use Frodsham although there is a closer office to my home. There are nearly always two people to serve and as I have a lot of post I dont feel too guilty about taking up one operator as long as there is movement with the other. Both members of staff are conscientious and take care. They dont take breaks or have lunch hours and do a difficult job well. I note one review is complaining about a wait. If a customer has a time taking job to complete, what are the Office staff supposed to do? In a time when so many PO'S and Banks are closing, Frodsham is lucky to have this service

Staff have always been friendly. Sometimes it's awkward customers that keep you waiting.

Dropped in yesterday having recently moved into the area and not used this particular Post Office branch in the past. I was actually looking to get some change for the business I work for, which like many businesses, seem to be treated with absolute contempt by the banks that so say serve them. That's on the assumption, you can find a branch that's actually still open! In contrast, the gentleman who served me in the Frodsham Post Office was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Which makes a change from your average branch of HSBC where most of the time I'm in apprehension of a game of thrones style shaming for having the audacity to ask for some change or bank some cash! You could see that the staff had a real relationship and genuinely knew a lot of their customers and it was so refreshing to see somewhere that had that old fashioned community feel and more importantly customer service. To the gentleman who served me, a big thank you.
