Our coaching sessions with Claire helped us to focus on what we wanted to achieve. Once the overall goal had been set, Claire guided us to break everything down into small packages so things could be dealt with in order, nothing forgotten and nothing left to chance. We see ourselves goals to achieve between each session and then reported back on our progress, this helped us to keep focused. Claires coaching helped us to organise and successfully complete a walk of the full length of Hadrians Wall.

I'm naturally a strong person and always "get on with it" I experienced a point not so long ago where I'd lost myself a little and wasn't quite sure how to get "me" back. After seeing a fellow Facebook friends video explaining about Claire and the wonderful DoTerra products, I dropped her a message. Claire reached out to me instantly and was the lifeline I needed. I also ordered the DoTerra supplements and oils and have to say that I feel amazing. I have "Me" back with an extra kick. I highly recommend Claire!
