A & J Aqua-Jet Ltd

Had a pretty awful experience. Their so called engineer came to inspect and clear the kitchen drain blockage. He didnt finish the job and created a problem which didnt exist in the first place ! I had to get a second engineer and water company people out who were surprised about the wrong info and advice provided by him. Since then I have been chasing their management to clarify why it all happened but they are unresponsive and keep coming up with pathetic excuses. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. Service: Drain cleaning

Aqua jet are amazing! My mother in law was in a right pickle with her drains recently, so she called them because her friend told her they were really good. I must admit my heart sank at first coz shes a little old dear and I didnt know Aqua jet and I worried that she might get ripped off or have rogue tradesmen do a bad job. But they came, they were sweet to her, they fully explained everything at the start, during and after sorting out her drains, so there were no surprises and they did a fantastic job. Were well happy and so glad she called them!
