Staff explained they get the same complaint week in week out, W&W have approached the landlord who will Not install disabled access products to the property or give W&W permission to manage the problem?
This is a Heath & Safety issue and discrimination to disabled people!!
You can sit outside but have to rely on staff to choose your shopping etc, access to the rear seating area is not wheel chair friendly other shops on Main Street have access ramps to the front door so I wouldn't think the Council would object?
Accident waiting to happen me thinks!!!
