Spent over 1000 in store on a mattress. Was told it would arrive Tuesday and it never came. No explanation as to why. At this point we had disposed of our previous mattress and had to stay at a relatives with our 2 week old baby. Called customer service the next day who could not give me a reason as to why this had happened and didn't seem particularly motivated to resolve the situation. After us directly chasing the courier they apologised for the inconvenience but advised they could not deliver the mattress now until Friday. We called customer service and asked for a financial gesture of goodwill as at this point for no fault of our own we had wasted annual leave and had been hugely put out by their error. Emily advised she would speak to her superior and come back to me which she didn't. I chased on Monday after having our bed delivered and we were offered a mere 30 deduction which to me is insulting. I would not recommend land of beds to anyone and would go as far to actively detract people away from them now. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Bought a bed and mattress on 23rd May 2020. When it hadn't arrived within the specified time frame went into store to find out if there had been a delay. Was promised someone would look into it and ring me back but this didn't happen. A further 5 calls 2 twitter posts and still no bed or mattresse 3 months on. Very keen to take your money but empty promises in terms of finding out what the delays are and getting back to you. Have been a loyal customer for a number of years but won't be using again.
