Sent my girls to have their eye brows done to find out its gone up from 6 to 8!! Rang to check and the lady was telling me everything gone up by2 for each service. My girls wasnt told about the price increase until after even so they go on a regular basis. Its not about the money its the principle. Sorry but I wont be using this business again. First time here for a pedicure. Will not be returning. Firstly, there is no appointment system. So, I had to wait for over an hour. There is also no particular queueing system, which means you are not too sure who is next. I am fairly sure someone pushed in front of me, but I could not challenge them as I was not 100% sure. When it finally got round to my turn, I felt the lady was rushing my pedicure. My nails were clipped, but not filed or shaped at all, which I had to do myself when I got home. The gel polish had not been applied particularly well either. Also, the place is not in the least friendly. Despite being there for nearly two hours, there was absolutely no conversation in the entire place. Even when doing my pedicure the lady just gestured to me where she wanted me to put my feet. Not an enjoyable experience. Have already booked my next appointment elsewhere. One positive comment I can make is that it is cheaper than anywhere else I telephoned. Lesley Lythgoe Service: Pedicure
