Pushchair Expert

We've just ordered our pushchair from the Pushchair expert and were very pleased with this company. From the easiness of being able to book online to the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, every step was great. We got some great advice, the chance to try the pushchairs on the track and were able to try it in the car. Plus the price match means why would you go elsewhere. They also have nursery furniture, high chairs and lots of other items you need for the new arrival. Would highly recommend this place, they were lovely.

Visited this store yesterday with my daughter. Complete shopping experience with excellent customer service and knowledge of products. Wide range of stock and able to try before you buy, including fitting in the car. A pleasure to shop here. Thank you.

We went to the pushchair experts on a Saturday, I believe you can book an appointment which may well have been our downfall for not booking. We wondered around and got to grips with the pushchairs, but obviously we called by as we were hoping to talk with an expert. We waited patiently for around half an hour until someone became free, however we were then sent of a test drive of a pram, for the sales person to not speak with us again (left us to deal with other customers instead). There only appeared to be three member of staff on, we left without purchasing (which we would have done if wed been spoken to). We then tried calling after to speak with someone and see about ordering over the phone, no answer on the numerous times we have called, so well obviously be ordering elsewhere.

Bought my first travel set from this store, Abby was ever so helpful, especially that we didn't even knew what we were looking for our first baby! Im so so happy with my purchase and brilliant customer service!
